Dr. Mitchell brings over 20 years of experience in civil rights advocacy and nonprofit leadership. She previously served as a community organizer and has dedicated her career to preventing discrimination and promoting equality. Her vision and strategic leadership have guided the section's growth from a grassroots movement to a recognized force for social justice and inclusion. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Justice and Public Policy.

Marcus oversees all education, advocacy, and service programs at NCNW East Palo Alto Section. With a background in community organizing and civil rights advocacy, he has designed comprehensive programs that address discrimination and promote inclusion. His commitment to equality stems from his own experiences witnessing injustice and his determination to create change. Marcus holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and has received multiple awards for his contributions to social justice.

Elena leads advocacy initiatives, community partnerships, and coalition-building for the section. Her expertise in policy advocacy and her passion for civil rights have been instrumental in influencing local policy and building relationships with community organizations. Before joining NCNW, she organized campaigns for several social justice organizations. Elena holds a Master's in Public Policy and serves on multiple civil rights advisory boards.

James manages the section's support services, connecting individuals affected by discrimination with resources and assistance. His work ensures that community members receive comprehensive support and know their rights. As a former social worker and community advocate, James understands the profound impact of discrimination and works tirelessly to provide compassionate, effective support. He holds a Master's in Social Work and is passionate about helping people navigate systems and access justice.
